Service Delivery Policy

This Service Delivery Policy describes how Sohomey Inc, a California corporation (“Sohomey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), delivers the services available through sohomey.com (the “Site”). This Policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Website Terms of Use.

Sohomey is a digital, web-based software platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods. All services are delivered electronically through your web browser at sohomey.com. No shipping, handling, or physical delivery applies to any purchase.

Separately from the software service, offers prepared on the platform may be delivered in person to a property owner by a licensed real estate agent acting as a Sohomey closer. That delivery is described in Section 6 and is not part of the paid service you purchase.

Free platform features are available immediately upon account registration and verification of your email address.

As a launch offer, agents who register receive access to paid platform features, including unlimited offer submission, immediately upon registration and email verification. A valid payment method is required to register, and you are charged $0.00 at signup. Free access runs for 90 days from registration, after which the subscription begins automatically unless you cancel.

Paid features under the Agent Subscription are delivered by activating access on your Sohomey account:

• Immediate activation. Upon successful payment processing, paid features — including the ability to place unlimited offers on off-market properties on behalf of clients — are enabled on your account immediately, and in most cases within minutes.
• Confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation of your subscription, including the amount charged, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions.
• Duration. Paid access continues for the duration of each paid billing period, subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Terms of Use.

If your payment was processed but paid features are not available on your account within 24 hours, contact support@sohomey.com with the email address associated with your account and your payment receipt. We will investigate and either activate your access or refund the charge in full.

Where you submit an offer through the platform, Sohomey reviews it and may assign it to a licensed real estate agent acting as a closer for delivery to the property owner. Delivery status is tracked in your account.

Delivery of an offer is not guaranteed and is not part of the service you purchase. A property owner may be unavailable, may decline to receive the offer, or may not respond. Sohomey does not promise that any offer will be delivered, received, read, or answered. See our Offer Disclaimer.

We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control. Scheduled maintenance will be performed, where practicable, during low-usage hours. Temporary unavailability does not extend billing periods and does not, by itself, entitle a subscriber to a refund, except as required by applicable law.

Delivery of the service means delivery of access to the platform and its features. It does not include, and Sohomey does not promise, any particular real estate outcome — including that any offer will be viewed, responded to, or accepted by a property owner, or that any transaction will occur.
